Is a B12 supplement required for this life style?
I'm new to this and just have a few questions before I start the 80 10 10 life style....I heard that some people take b12 supplements on this life style...is this necessary? Also I heard you can get a dangerous potassium levels from consuming so many bananas...is this true? And I thought fructose wasn't good for you...but now I'm hearing there is alot in some fruits like dates and bananas??
