In my inbox this morning at work... no comment, just tears.
We are again offering all employees the opportunity to receive free Influenza (Flu) vaccination this year. The Doctor or Nurse will come to our workplace and you can each see him/her and have our vaccination.
This is an exciting initiative that will help us all remain healthy and happy this winter!
Flu is easily spread in the office so the more of us who take up the offer, the better off we will all be so please book in ASAP if you are interested.
Afraid? Don’t be - they use tiny needles– so most people hardly feel a thing. (They also give out lollipops).
The date for our vaccinations is: Wednesday,18 March 2009 commencing at 9:00 AM
Please click here to register: http://medimobile.net.au/Booking.aspx
Be quick, bookings close strictly at midnight on: Wednesday 11 March 2009
You are required to read the FAQ then print and sign the consent form and bring it on the day of your appointment.

Most people continue working with a common cold but few can work through an episode of Flu
Benefits of vaccination

Less chance of spreading the flu in the office or your home
Improved health and wellbeing through the winter
If you have any concerns or questions, phone Medimobile's in-house Doctor or Nurse on 1300 660 339 for free medical advice. When you phone, please tell the receptionist your (a) your name (b) the company/employer you are calling from and (c) ask to speak to the or nurse or doctor about medical advice on the flu vaccination. Alternatively you may wish to speak to your local GP.
Pregnant Women: Women who are pregnant (or who think they might be) and still wish to have the flu vaccination should print all 3 attached documents. Take them to your own GP or Obstetrician and ask them to sign the form to authorise you to have the flu vaccination at work. Then you can give both consent forms to me (or give to the vaccinator on the day).
Remember, bookings close strictly at midnight on: Wednesday 11 March 2009
