"i eat just one banana and im all bloated"
and i was just startled. I didn't even know what to say, i mean how f'd up you have to be if you get bloated by ONE fruit.
however i'd like to give her a reason, show her why she is not digesting properly. Anyone have any science on this?

Sadly most people think that banana # 5 is perfectly ripe and that banana #7 needs to be thrown in the trash because it's starting to go bad... Any time I try to eat a banana that is isn't as ripe as banana # 7 on this chart I don't like the taste or the way I feel afterwards... No way would I want to eat 30 of them a day.
if she eats some other type of food before the banana, she will be bloated as fruit digests so fast. If she eats heavy foods (meat, dairy, junk foods etc...) it might take even days to get clean and then she will digest fruit better.

Even if its a little green, ONE banana shouldn't cause indigestion. Hell ive mono mealed on notsoripe ones and it wasnt THAT bad. Dehydration is a good one. I did ask her if she ate anything with it, but she had it on it's own.
Im absolutely sure she is intoxicated with everything you can think of, however how would that impact fruit digestion? (as long as we are speaking of an empty stomach)
If she is intoxicated with everything, I doubt her stomach is ever empty.
The other day a trim and slim older woman, maybe early 60's, as we were browsing the bananas, told me that she loves bananas but they make her fat. I said, really?, they are low in fat. I was taken aback and downright confused, bananas fattening us up? I guess it must be the same, unripe banana bloat, or dehydration, or habitual improper food combining, or high fat diet? Sorry no science....
