So I just had my breakfast 1 hour ago. I had a smoothie with 8 mazafati fresh raw dates 316 calories and 3 medium bananas 315 calories which brings it to a total of 631 calories. I felt awesome before I had it but around 30 minutes after I got really sluggish and tired.
When I don't eat breakfast I feel amazing but when I have it I feel like !@#$. Anyone relate?
Are you eating your breakfast first thing upon rising? From my experience this can lead to indigestion and a spacey feeling. Drink some water first thing in the morning and then do some activity or whatever for an hour or two before having breakfast.
I had breakfast about 1 hour after I woke up. Usually I don't eat until 4-5 hours after waking up which seems to work great for me. Eating first thing upon rising is sort of impossible for me and see no real reason why I should force my body to something it doesn't want to do. Of course, there are exceptions like if I'm going out for a 200 km ride, then I'm forced to eat immediately after waking up.
