if you were eating a 100% raw diet it would be at 2000% of the RDA. I highly recommend you read up on vit. C
Have you tried juicing some vegetables? This is the best nutrition you can get hands down. Fulfilling your vitamin and nutrient deficiency you are probably facing right now will probably allow you to heal faster. Juicing is always best on a empty stomach but I don't know if that'll be too much for you.
Maybe try eating some rice then drink some vegetable juice (with LEMON) and see how you do.
