Did anyone of you have experience with a shoulder surgery "humeroscapularis Putti Platt"?
I had it in 2006 because of a shoulder dislocation I had had. It is been fine since then (knock the wood) and I am quite sportive without problems. However, for the past a couple of months, the pain in that scapula is unbearable... Well, the pain started 2 years ago, on and off, and I would always think it is something acute, but it is worse and worse...
If anyone has any advice, I would appreciate...
can you provide more information please? like, did you have a Hillsachs for example? as much detail as possible, for minor details make a world of difference.
Hi Vice Abatoir!
Thanks for your reply. No, I believe I did not have Hillsachs, but I did have anterior dislocation 5 times before the surgery. The surgery involed putting some bolts (or whatever the neme is) into my shoulder.
if you are lucky its just some muscles from the scapula being too tensed. This could lead to big problems. So the first thing could be to find a massage-therapist who is willing to torture you and your shoulder muscles. ;) If this dosent help a mrt would be give you best informations...
Thanks Oliver! Yes, you might be right. I had a massage in June... it help tremendiously, after the massage there is no pain.
So you should be looking for some good pain. ;) And of course a lot of relaxing with hot things on your scapula. :)
