I've only just started eating this way and am doing well though not yet 100% , I am trying to heal Crohn's disease so am going slowly removing the cooked (but healthy) stuff. I've had a viral infection for at least 6 weeks that won't go away despite eating almost all raw and meeting all the nutrient levels I am suffering from fatigue in between each bout of illness. I've a half marathon at the end of this month and was up to 10 mile long runs just before Christmas but have only managed one long run since.
My question is should I still be aiming for 2500-3000 kcals a day when I'm not exercising and often just relaxing or sleeping - I've lost 30lbs exercising and eating mostly 811 and I'd hate it all to come back because I'm sitting around all day.
Any advice welcome.
