Hello everyone! I just recently embarked upon my rawtill4 journey and have hit a bit of a roadbump. I truly do enjoy eating so much fruit but find myself experiencing cravings for salty/savory food by the afternoon. Does anyone have any advice as to how I might address these cravings? Its become quite difficult for me to ignore them/:
I eat a lot of celery when I have these cravings. Or I put a few stocks in my smoothie. How much greens are you eating?

raw celery or a dry baked/boiled potato in its jacket is high in sodium

(1) mineralizing food, like tomatoes, celery and greens and (2) inner work to resolve emotional stress. That worked for me.
