Ok, I need a buddy to check in with while I get back on track. Let me know if you too want some accountability too.
I've been 80/10/10 clean for three months then boom - relapse. I ate rice because my fruit wasn't ripe. The rice pretty much opened the door to other cooked food and my mood changed instantly - low energy and ambition. Pretty much ate crap for 6 straight days til it started showing in my skin: the deal breaker. Kinda sick, but the people around me really liked seeing me eat cooked food again, which made it even harder get back on track. I want my raw food high back.
So, I did a juice cleanse and I'm ready to stay on track. I really need to be low fat raw vegan - my body prefers it. I'm allergic to everything when I eat cooked food - mad inflammation. When I eat 80/10/10 - no rashes, mouth swelling, sweats, low energy, or negativity. I'm in Cali and have never had trouble getting a good amount of fruit at a decent price - just that one day I got stuck in another city unprepared. I'm pretty sure lack of sleep and work overload is also the culprit here. I'm working on balancing that out. With that said, I'm off to sleep but send me a message if you want to buddy up.
yea luekosytsos even if you eat a cooked back up food it seems important to have 60% fresh greens with it to help.
I'll be your buddy! Falling off the wagon is the worst! It takes me about a week to get back to where I was, even if it's just one meal of rice. Just keep swimming :) You know what's best for you so do your thanggg
Im just starting out, so maybe being a buddy is too much. However, I can wish you all the best in the future and hope you feel more focussed when you wake up :)
hey just a word of advice, if you ever run out of ripe fruit, i suggest getting odwalla mango tango, harley recommends it if you're out of ripe fruit, better than eating rice! it is pasteurized, but i would chose that over cooked carbs! wouldve saved me a whole yr of struggling had i known <3
a big jug is around $10 and has 1200 cals, perfect for a meal, and it's DELICIOUS
I saw his video and thought: booo I'm allergic to mango. You know, there is a bit in odwalla Green and it doesn't give me a reaction - maybe I'll try mango tango when I'm home for a few days. Thanks for reminding me!
Count me in! :) <3
It sounds like you might not need this thread...but perhaps one of your buddies might like it!
Raw food for thought!
