30 Bananas a Day!

Hey everyone I have a quick question... I've been eating raw till 4pm now for about one month. I absolutely love it, but upon watching this right here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_K36Zu0pA4U, I couldn't help but notice what he said about starches such as white rice. I've been eating white rice in abundance. Is it bad? I've also been eating corn pasta. Personally, I feel pretty alright, but the last thing I want is to be doing the wrong thing for my body in a different way. What are your thoughts? Feedback is much appreciated!

Both white rice and corn pasta are ok. Brown rice is better, though, but if you prefer white rice, that's fine. Eat also some vegetables along with it...

nooooo! its not. Rice is the one single food that has enabled humanity to get to where we are. Asia, Africa and the Middle East have ALL relied on rice as their main food source for thousands ofyears. It is the one food that if it were to have run out, we would all have died. I eat rice everyday! I love it!!!

I feel amazing and am seeing as much changes in my body as when im fully raw

What about people from western countries? I would assume that they digest rice worse than people from eastern countries. Does anyone know how much worse?

It's very individual.Like with everything else,some westerners can some cannot.I personally do not like rice,except on few occasions.

BTW.Have you or anyone else heard anything ab the lady who was going to Uganda for a year?She said she would post s/thing for 30 bad.

Rice and other grains are not optimal food although they can and do provide a lot of nutrition and calories if needed.  Usually if you are eating raw all day, one cooked meal in the evening including rice or grains will likely do you no harm at all, especially if you exercise regularly.

I like to eat the white rice more because sometimes I have trouble to digest the brown rice. Whatever you like. So it is fine ! 

For past few weeks my face has erupted with lots of rash and breakout.

I'm going to cut white rice for a while and see what happens.

Or maybe it's the Skinny Pop popcorn.  Has safflower oil.  I don't even eat it every day.

Have you watched freelee's video from yesterday... It's about acne. Hope that helps.
Basically, she interviews two girls who cured their cystic acne by cutting out fat. That means cutting out nuts, seeds, soymilk, and all oils.

Not the rice.

Yeah, I'll stay off both then reintroduce the rice first for my own observation.
