I'm healing injuries after a bike accident and my mom is trying to convince me to drink reverse osmosis water. I think it's a load and is only good for selling bottled water at like 3x the price of regular. Thoughts/experiences?

Distilled water is best, RO is 2nd best.
Is distilled water same as spring water? Also where do you get your water from?
because it's pure h2o
We have a reverse osmosis under-the-sink filter and absolutely love it. It tastes far superior to bottled water, in my opinion.
Wow okay, I was wrong! I know distilled is best, but other than that I was unaware of the water hierarchy haha!
i have reverse osmosis.. its the real thing..not like evian or dasani stuff lol
Where I live you can refill your gallon jugs of water for thirty cents a piece with RO. Way good for the environment and tastes way better than tap. Other than that I buy local spring water for 69 cents a gallon when my bottles start to age or smell.
I use reverse osmosis, it takes 4 liter water to produce 1 liter osmosis.
Set price around 150 dollar. The waterlocal water price you know yourself. You have to use it every week otherwise bacteria will grow inside.
natural spring water tastes as clean as anyhing else ive tried. how is a water that is put through a metal machine better than earths water? distilled or RO. I have read mostly on this forum that spring water is best. distilled always seemed dehydrating and missing something, could it be minerals and the earths essence.
'tastes as clean' - I don't think we can taste cleanliness ow water..
'how is a water that is put through a metal machine better than earths water?' - because the metal machine takes out the toxins, inorganic compounds, etc. that we don't need in water. Water is h2o, nothing more nothing less.
'I have read mostly on this forum that spring water is best.' - I don't think so.. 811 and Dr Graham recommends distilled water too.
'distilled always seemed dehydrating and missing something, could it be minerals and the earths essence.' - that is just nonsense. Again, water is just h2o and can't possibly 'miss' anything.
It felt very wrong to me. Like eating potatoes in between fruit, I could feel the rehydration and energy immediately after returning to my fruit meal. I was extremely sensitive and distilled was dry. Kinda like you said everything was removed. Like if fruit was put through a machine to clean something out of it, it would lose it essence, could be enzymes or whatever. Spring water has minerals and is still alive. Read it a lot and experienced it myself, if it wasnt here, cant imagine where it would have been.
