30 Bananas a Day!

Hi! I'm trying out the RT4, and started thinking about pasta. My cupboards are full of normal pasta, but in all the recipies either corn or rice pasta is recommended, why is that? Is it THAT much better for me? Or can I just eat my delicious normal pasta :D. Very new to all this so would appreciate some answers, thank you.

Oh wow, only five days. Yeah, that is fast. But the gut is the first part of our body that begins to adapt. Never the less, I think your body is not done changing :P

id do organic brown rice before id do any type of pasta because rice is a natural whole gain which you gut flora respond to correctly whereas the pasta is a man made processed paste thats dried and acts like glue in your gut - organic brown rice has far more nutrient in it than pasta of any kind therefore it will increase your metabolism and burn effectently at the cellular level - in my opinion.

Normal wheat pasta is fine as long as there's no eggs and you don't have celiacs disease.  Its become popular to cut gluten even if you have no real problem with it.  I used to think this way too but tbh I've never had any problem with gluten.  It digests fine for me.  

Corn pasta is actually really good but it doesn't keep well after it's initially served.  Rice pasta is not even close to pasta.

If you're concerned about any of it or decide you'd prefer not to eat it then donate it to a local food pantry.

Thanks for replying. I do need to think about this pasta dilemma, went to the store yesterday and corn pasta price is off the roof! No way I can afford that. I guess just have to try and see what works out the best :)

This stuff is pretty reasonable.  I used to buy these all the time and they're very good.  I just recently switched back to normal pasta in the last year.  I still would happily eat this corn pasta, the only reason I prefer regular is because it stays nice for leftovers.
