30 Bananas a Day!

Hello you guys and thank you so much for all your good vibes!

I am looking for testimonies of people regrowing teeth after having them damaged. I read here and there of some people reporting their teeth having repaired themselves after damage. But I want to know if this phenomenon is more usual than what I've read.

I also read people getting damage but I think this is more due to lack of minerals, getting sticky fruits in the mouth without getting them cleaned afterwards. I'm more interested in the how they can rebuild on this diet.

Come on throw your stories (true only!!!) at me!

I would like to see some real proof for this... I heard you can grow a third set of teeth on two occasions, from two different people: the two guys that said it could be done, had one thing in common: they had almost NO teeth left.

Personally, I think that it can be very hard to accept that sort of loss. It's a big thing, quite heavy for sure. Instead of trying to accept, deal with it, try to adapt, and go on, one lives in illusion, and start believing in miracles. Maybe you've heard of the catholic cripples going to Lourdes (holy place in france) and think they are going to start walking again...

But on the other hand, if growing a third set of teeth is possible, that's fantastic! It's just, there have not been a single evidence of it... Anyone out there??

Teeth don't 'rebuild', there's no evolutionary beneficial reason for having this system and thus it never developed in the population. It's my understanding that all the teeth you'll ever have develop initially in the womb and then become larger and move upwards as you age but once they erupt from your gum there is no way of further minerals reaching them to develop them further.

+1 Alex.

The human body doesn't have the capacity to regrow teeth or repair visible cavities. Unfortunately.. :(

So the 'stories' you might have heard are just fairy tales..

I had a spot on my teeth re-mineralize per my dentist. :) I brush my teeth in the mornings.. and at night.. which I have always done, yet I have always had problems with my teeth due to weak enamel. Ive been to the dentist twice since starting HCRV and had no issues with my teeth like I used to and then there is the instance where the dentist mentioned I had a spot that appeared to have remineralize.
