I have been raw for the most part for a little over a year now. When I say the most part I say that because I still use condiments on a daily basis. For example, organic peanut butter, sriracha, olive oil, avocado sauce. As you can tell these are high fat / high sodium items. I want to eliminate these from my diet so I can live a 100% raw 80/10/10 lifestyle. Do you have any advice for alternatives I can use as I lean off this that aren't out of a college students budget? I identify as 80/10/10 now but would still like some ideas here & there.
