30 Bananas a Day!

Has anyone issues with that?

I have that a lot and I am going to the doctor soon, after I couldn't even drink water some days ago because it hurted that much in my gullet.

I've tried around a lot but didn't come to a conclusion after which food I have it and after which I don't. (Well I got no problems with bananas but I already feel like donky kong and want some diversity)

Has anyone experience or suggestions?

I feel like my stomach is super sensitive and I don't like that :)

ah and yes mostly organic!

What helped me in the past is drinking a whole lot of water in the morning on an empty stomach, and then drinking very little water for the rest of the day. Also, the usual advice of making sure things are nice and ripe and well combined, but it seems that you have this covered. Also sometimes when I stuff myself with a whole lot of food, I get heartburn, but when I eat a bit less, then heartburn doesn't happen.

The eating a little bit less and slower definitely helps but I went to the docotor anyway to do a gastroscopy, and they found out that I have a gastric ulcer, so now I am taking pills against that, even though I'd like to now the source because that's what is important to find out as dr. graham always says. It could be stress so now I am just trying to eat and live in a stress-free environment.

Friends said it could be the fruit acid but fruits are most of the time alkalizing right?! So I don't think that's it?!

I never watched it if it happens after I eat that but I'll watch those!
