I thought I would quickly share my experience with recovery time after a hard workout. At the moment I focusing on hard weight training and running. I have found that since going RT4 my recovery is sooo much better! I do not suffer with DOMS as I would always do before and so pleased :) If there was DOMS it was not much just a dull ache that would last at the most a day. I just wanted to see if everyone else is the same or is it just me?
