I use nutritional yeast in my salads....not too much.. I'm not sure if that's ok but I have learned from the people around here that you just have stay 80/10/10....youre ok....if you do indulge your self with salt..the way you feel after will change your mind..i ashure you.
try seaweed thats what i eat some times ill eat a hole bag of nori sheets like chips its so good :)
There are various savory options as people have suggested above (celery, savory veggie stews, etc). However, I craved salt so much the first year and even longer on this diet, and no amount of celery or other greens would actually satisfy me. Even when I'd weaken and actually have salt, it didn't actually taste that good or satisfy me. I'd just feel dehydrated afterwards.
So I finally came to feel that these cravings weren't actual nutritional needs, but were just detox acting up in my body. I still have occasional cravings for salt, but I treat these cravings as a detox symptom and drink lots of water and then they pass and I'm happy with my unsalted food again.
