I am having trouble with heart-burn. It seems no matter what I eat I get heart-burn, wether it is raw or cooked. It is worse when I eat cooked food. I am trying to go lfvraw but am having so much trouble cuz even mono meals are giving me it. The only thing that it isn't that bad after is banana. Watermelon is the worst, and it would seem that oranges aren't too good atm as well. I never had a problem with this until this last month. I am also getting nauseous after some meals and through some nights.
Does any one know what could be up? PLEASE HELP!!
I have bad acid reflux problems too. Two things that have helped me are meditating and acv. I know that sounds weird but stress can cause acid reflux so finding something to help relieve the stress is important. Also apple cider vinegar is wonderful for this problem. In the morning I make a "tea" of hot water, honey, and about two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and it really improves the issue quickly and helps all day long.
