Fully raw wasn't sustainable for me here in Los Angeles. Only lasted about 6 months.
Fruits first, then heaps of steamed veg, rice, any other grains, potatoes, and legumes works way better for me.
I have followed this whole food diet for 5 years and I've found that adding a serving a fat everyday helps me with my endurance training. I found that if I avoid overt fats completely I can't run as fast or as far.
