I just train 6-8 hours a week. So 3-4 times a week 2 hour session.
No bicycles I don't want to waste calories I already have to eat too much.
nice progress. You train with weights or? How long did it take to put on 4kg of mass?
Yeah weights. 4 kg in about 2 months but I'd say half was fat at least. I'm toning down on the fat calories at the moment to lean down a bit while still maintaining a calorie surplus.
