30 Bananas a Day!

I will be posting my food diaries here, I hope this is ok.

I hope to get some feedback to see if I am doing RT4 correctly.

feelings: not feeling as energetic on the bike today. I know my water’s low, that will be sorted from now on.

Note: last night i couldn’t get to sleep so i got up from bed and ate 3 small bananas, then fell asleep – i think this is a sign that i am not eating enough during the day but i eat so much already. I should be getting at least 700g of carbs per day but I’m on avg 850g. My instinct is to keep going like i have been but the stats are mind boggling.

feelings: ive had a little bit of trouble sleeping the last 12 months or so. I just wake up many times during the night roll over and go back to sleep, its pretty annoying. Today was surprisingly a stressful day, I don’t usually have many of those. I have to start eating earlier.
