I tried it about a year ago. It tasted like vomit -literally. It was fine on my digestive system, kept me full for several hours, but then again, I was eating other non-vegan, cooked fare.
Would probably make me sick now.
yeah it doesn't taste all that amazing, it does keep hunger down, but its not worth it if it makes one feel sick. I really wanted to build more muscle. Does anyone know what i can try for that..?
I work out 6 times a week, cardio 6x a week and 3 times a week i lift weights and try to build muscle but i still look soft :-/
Yeah i'm not taking the raw protein any more, i tried it last month just as a quick experiment with myself and didn't feel so great. I'm just trying to build more muscle.. I feel better when eating regular 80 10 10 anyways =).
