30 Bananas a Day!

Has anyone ever tried the raw protein by garden of life? 

I had a few times and all the times i did i just felt off.  Just made me anxious and agitated. Just wondering if anyone had the same experience.

I tried that stuff over a year ago before I swore off powders and it always gave me an upset stomach.
I have once before.  I don't remember feeling anxious or agitated, but I do remember the taste being not so good.  And it was expensive.  I think I tried to power through it so the money wouldn't be a total waste, but I think I eventually just threw it away.

I tried it about a year ago. It tasted like vomit -literally. It was fine on my digestive system, kept me full for several hours, but then again, I was eating other non-vegan, cooked fare. 

 

Would probably make me sick now.

yeah it doesn't taste all that amazing, it does keep hunger down, but its not worth it if it makes one feel sick. I really wanted to build more muscle. Does anyone know what i can try for that..?

 

I work out 6 times a week, cardio 6x a week and 3 times a week i lift weights and try to build muscle but i still look soft  :-/

 

 

Try fruit! :)
Why would you need it? We are supposed to stay at a minimum of 10% protein. Kinda difficult if your eating protein powder.

Yeah i'm not taking the raw protein any more, i tried it last month just as a quick experiment with myself and didn't feel so great. I'm just trying to build more muscle.. I feel better when eating regular 80 10 10 anyways =).

 

I really liked it when I was on SAD and as a vegetarian. I didn't get any weird feelings from it. But of course my diet wasn't very good in general. I just finished my last batch and I won't be getting more since starting lfrv.
Actually I had Raw Meal, not Raw Protein. I would have it for breakfast with a banana and spinach smoothie.
