I am wondering the best way to go about starting my son on raw foods. He has just turned 6 months old & has been exclusively breast-fed so far. When should I start introducing foods? Should I start with fruit or bananas or greens & veggies? What about sesame milk or water? How much when? Should I do only one new thing a week or just start giving him some of my smoothies? Will he need more fats or anything else than an adult? Should I add any supplements like vit. D, or B12, or minerals at all? Please advise. Thanks so much!
