Good info and timely. As I am transitioning I am definitely feeling scared as I am bloating and my clothes are getting tighter. But I know for sure I feel better eating this way so it has to be the way. What good is any other way if it makes me feel awful right?

i see the boating effect as when you mix oil and water causing a momentary swellin . eventually if you stay committed and consistent the oil gets flushed with the displacement effect , the cells start to run cleaner as that toxic fatty ish gets gonzo forced out with the excess heat generated from the thermo-gensis effect by over eating an abundance simp. carbs. in the form of whole ripe organic fruits and some veggies w/ a pinch of soaked nuts.
I am so grateful for stumbling on Freelee's vid's on YouTube and finding this lifestyle!! I could never understand why heavy fatty meals made me feel ill and why my healthy green/grain diet made me constipated. I was looking at the price of digestive enzymes and trying to figure out how I was going to budget an expensive supplement routine to stay healthy and active. I just needed to eat more fruit!! Wow, it was that simple. My sister is now joining me. She loves it and on her first day, she text me that she felt so happy after eating a banana smoothie for breakfast.
