I've been vegetarian for a few years and will now try the high card raw vegan diet for some time. The thing is that I'm living in Norway working as a ski instructor. This means I'm outside most of the day and it's at the moment between -20 to -25 Celsius degrees (-4 to-13 F).
Anyone in the same situation or who got experience from this who can give me tips?
Is it okej to drink hot water?

I live in Norway to and can't see how it will have any negative effect at all as long as you dress properly. CTFU
