Howdy fellow fruit eaters! :)
I thought I might go ahead seek advice from those who are more experienced than me on this lifestyle (YOU GUYS!).
From what I understand, the 80-10-10 raw food is a strategy of eating, but it doesn't stop there - it's more of a lifestyle.
A few things I recall being mentioned are:
* Sleeping 9-12 hours, early to bed
* Drinking 3+ litres of water daily
* ... Other?
I'd like to ask, excluding diet, what are the other lifestyle changes you can make? Is there a book or resource that will detail these healthy ways of living?
A big one for me, and one that's still very much a work in progress, is reducing TV and internet time.
