So Last night my boyfriend had made us cooked LFHCRV potato leek soup. This morning he ate completely raw. He did have a salad with some sprouted Red Kidney beans for lunch and half way through he noticed that some were moldy and he thinks it may be possible that he ate some without noticing. He woke up made a banana smoothie with organic strawberries and felt normal. Made a salad and felt normal, half way through the salad he started feeling queasy. We cant tell if this is his body detoxing or if he got food poison from possibly eating a moldy bean (I doubt its that, he completely stopped eating meat about a month ago and I really think he is detoxing however he feels horrible today when yesterday he was feeling the best he has in a very long time).
I just read somewhere on here that eating cooked and then raw on top of it can cause these flu like symptoms. If that's the case what can he do to ease the pain and vomiting etc. He does have anxiety and the random illness is triggering it so if we can get some advice to lead us in the right way that would be much appreciated.
