I'm new to 30Bad, very excited to have finally joined. I've been on this lifestyle for over a year now and loving it.
I go back and fourth between being fully raw, and eating a LFHC cooked vegan meal for dinner. I love rice so that is usually on the menu if I am eating some cooked food.
I wanted to ask what you all thought of the different types of rice out there.. is there one that is easiest to digest? Is wild rice better than the sticky short-grain kind? Or are they all the same?
