I have been on the diet since the 1st of April, I'm very new to this concept but am having a good time with it. I will receive the 80-10-10 book on Friday I think (been in the mail for too long already).
My question is about how to put together a daily source of food.
When I eat as I believe I should, my diet tends to look more like a 90-5-5 diet. I can adjust fat easily with some nuts but am not finding that I can adjust protein as easily.
I am an active runner and P90x follower (P90x about twice a week).
Question is, should I care? Or should I just relax and expect natural foods to do what they do?
