I'm on day two of the banana mono-diet and I'm feeling pretty good! However, I still feel like I don't know what I'm doing, haha. I've never been an active person, but have definitely been feeling more energetic since I've been eating this way. I've started jogging everyday and doing a little pilates to use up this energy and enjoy it a lot. I'm a little worried because I'm only eating about 7-10 bananas a day (I feel bloated and too full if I eat more.) I'm quite small at 4'11'' and 100 lbs, so this many be normal, I'm not sure. I guess I'm just curious to know if anyone would advise against physical activity while just eating bananas, especially if I was never very active to begin with.
