Dr. McDougall has this article out about protein. Everyone should read it. We only need 5% protein, at that is achieved by just eating fruits and no veggies! It's crazy how brainwashed people are, thinking that we need an excess of protein, when in reality, excess protein is just flushed down the toilet (ALONG WITH YOUR BONES!) haha.
I would love to show this to all my 'bro-science' buddies at the gym but they insist on whey and huge portions of meat. It is sad.
