Does anyone have any tips for dealing with the huge waves of emotion that come with switching from various levels of cooked and high fat raw to low fat? I've had a lot come up when I'm 955 and keep slipping off because of it. I've watched the Rozi youtube clips on emotional eating but I was wondering how you guys have dealt with it in healthy ways.
I'm starting to develop guilt with the eating too when I slip off and eat something that I KNOW is bad for me and I KNOW is going to make me feel bad, but I haven't built the personal power to not eat emotionally. I'm dealing with going from the comfy world of college to current unemployment and an impending big move to China in a bit over a month and I could use some help staying on the 955 wagon.
