i´ve been on a mostly cooked (potatoes) high carb vegan diet for 3 month now and i´ve been hearing all this fruit is the best and starch or potatoes are still awesome but i ´m kind of concerned that i won´t gain the health i want to gain on my mostly potatoe and some apples dates oranges and few berries diet...
also i´m wondering if potatoes wouldn´t be better for weight loss because they´re so super low in fat (just curious...)
So would eating this way be bad in any way
i unfortunately cant incorporate more fruit cause we don´t have much money and i´m still a student so...

i´ve did a mostly apples and dates day today and only am having potatoes for dinner today
think im gonna try this out for a while and see what happends.
