Which one is better?

Definitely don't eat them raw! They aren't digestible/edible like that...which is partly why we don't class them as an optimal food at all. Bananas win every time! But if you are going to eat them, eat them cooked. Sweet potatoes and squash are other good options if you want to include some cooked vegan foods.
So if I were to eat like a good bit of lettuce thru the day would that make up veggies? If I just ate like bananas and dates, stuff like that thru the rest of it? Sorry its a little off topic lol but you seem to be very knowledgeable on the Raw Vegan lifestyle :].

What works for a lot of people is to eat fruit during the day, with a big salad (and any cooked veggies you are having) in the evening. So for example:
Breakfast: 10 bananas
Lunch: 4-5 large mangoes
Dinner (part 1): 20 Medjool dates
Dinner (part 2): Salad with greens, veggies, non-sweet fruits etc.
Alternatively green smoothies are a good way to get the greens in. Just blend whatever greens you like, such as baby spinach, lettuce, swiss chard etc., in with your fruit (like bananas or mangoes).
Fruit dressings can also make salads more interesting, but in this case don't add any veggies with the meal, as fruits don't combine well with starches. Mango and basil is a nice combo for a dressing, orange-basil-dill, or just blended dates and water (kind of has a sweet and sour taste if you eat it with greens/celery/cuckes etc.). There are quite a few recipes on here, should be easy to find through the search on the right.

Thank you it does help! I do have a question that I posted as a discussion and no one really seems to know the right answer. So maybe you might :]. I am going to be starting the fruitarian diet very shortly (as soon as I get paid).. The only problem I'm going to have is I work Monday - Friday from 4:30 pm until 9:30 pm. I know it is better to eat the veggie meal ( probably going to have some potatoes also ) for dinner but would it still be okay if I ate the veggie salad around 3:30 pm and took a 10 banana smoothie to work with me to keep me full at night? The reason I ask about the salad early and the banana smoothie at work isn't so much me being worried about being hungry, more like I would not be able to eat the veggie meal when I got off 930/10 because I cant be up until 12:30 trying to let it digest fully. I have two kids and have to be up at 6 am everyday :]. Your advice is greatly appreciated!!
I'd give it a go and see! Provided you leave enough time between the salad and the smoothie, you should be fine.
However, if you do run into probs, I would suggest swapping out the potatoes and adding extra fruit instead, and/or you could always take a green-banana smoothie with you to work, which would mean you wouldn't need to eat a salad first, and would give it time to digest before you want to get to sleep.
You'll be most displeased by how a raw one digests, so steaming is superior. Indeed, it's the best cooking choice available.
