now i know this isn't the case for everyone, but for lunch today my brother had poached eggs, with fried crab meat, hash browns and ketchup, pancakes with icing and syrup. now what i don't understand is after eating that, which to me doesn't sound like it has fiber in it, he needs to go to the bathroom. how does that happen
First off, can you really blames the body for wanting to get that stuff out ASAP?! ;)
But seriously, it's not that meal that's demanding an exit. Rather, the GI tract recognizes that new food has been input, which stimulates a signal to trigger the opposite end.
hahaha good one windlord !! and i realize that but when i eat high fiber foods for example I'm lucky if I'm need to go after
ahh, well every body may have it's own slightly unique habits and timings, of course related to the bigger picture of healthy lifestyle factors including rest, water, movement, etc.
Another issue could be you're still balancing out your system. I seem to recall that it took my formerly highly compromised digestion a good many months before it became reliably regular.
If I ate that i wouldn't be able to poo for a week xD
Wow, I hope you're not sharing the same bathroom !
