I ate 2.25 kg or 21 plums for dinner (1000+ Calories). As you might expect, I had to use the restroom shortly thereafter. My first stool was half formed stool and the second half was mush. I have had 7 diarrhea bowel movements since. Although this is a burden somewhat, I find it therapeutic/cleansing.
I have also had a similar response to tamarind. I sometimes eat about 400 Calories (1 pound of pods) and it cleans me right out. However, not as much as these plums...
What other foods provoke this reaction in you?
What do you think this means? Should we avoid/not eat that much of these foods?
