30 Bananas a Day!

Does anyone know if combining plant milks (oat, almond, coconut, etc) with fruits is something advisable? If it is, which type of fruit (acid/semi/sweet) is most likely to go with these milks?

Probá! Yo lo hago todos los días, desde hace unas semanas... una o dos veces al día, incluso... me va bien...

Aquellos crudiveganos que no siguen la 80 10 10 pero hacen deporte, le meten como 30gramos de semillas a sus licuados... fijate...


Fats don't usually mix with fruits and plant milks from the store aren't even raw and have some unhealthy ingredients added to them.
