30 Bananas a Day!

Okay so I'm going to make this quick.
Whats the best thing to eat on a night out? I dont want to bloat or look 'fat' in my outfit so i know not to eat anything high in salt etc
I know fruit is probably the best thing to eat as its fast/easily digestible but what fruit is the question?
sweet fruits like bananas? or acid fruits like oranges n pineapples?
I know this isn't a good way to go about it but hey its one night. :')


Would it be good to eat a salad? (no corn or anything high-starchy added)

bring you own fruit or a smoothie, i do it all the time. It'll be the easiest to digest and you'll feel your best. 

Salad won't have enough calories to keep you satisfied and will most likely make you crave not so good things. Have fun :)

Oh an drink lots of water.

What type of fruit though? like i'd rather have some pineapple knowing its going to leave me not looking bloated than eat a banana.. you know?

I think calorie concentrated foods like dates! They dont take up a lot of room but they will fill you up. or else smoothies

I find that eating dates on the day i dont work out just gain weight on my tummy-tumtum (lol) and i am at uni all day then heading out later in the night so i wont have enough time to extreme exercise to work off the dates.. how about oranges? or are they too acidic 

I would recommend juicy fruits like oranges and some nuts and seeds during the day.  Then during your night out eat salad made from lettuce greens.  Oranges are natural diuretics too and great for the skin and give a good energy boost and mood boost.  

Yes, avoid the salty processed foods, and for some people like myself, starchy foods and the tough veggies like broccoli are tough to digest and cause bloat and embarrassing gas.  Even if vegan, I suggest avoiding overly processed foods like pizzas and pastas too.  

If you are RT4, then this could be your 100% or 99% raw day.

Okay well i wouldn't eat any nuts or seeds but oranges im down with. Yeah i tend to go fully raw on party days
