30 Bananas a Day!

Hi,

This is Charlie Abel, author of "The Raw Food Bodybuilding Training Manual" sold at the Vibrance Magazine bookstore.

I am planning a website dedicated to the book. On the site, besides my own bodybuilding photo and results, it would be very credible to have the photos and results of several other people who have put muscle on their body using my program.

So here is my proposal:

I need a handful of people on a vegan diet with access to gym equipment who are willing to put muscle on their body by working out 30 minutes 3 times per week using my program for 6 months to a year. The program consists of lifting heavy weights (this is not a calisthenics or bodyweight exercise program).

In return, I will have the right to use your photos and results on my website to promote my book.

PS - I apologize for not answering emails here and friend request - I know I missed some urgent requests - the reason being is that my computer time is limited and found this site very time consuming, so I haven't been on this site for about 6 months.

What type of injury is it, how extensive is it, and can you lift any weight or exercise at all?

Charlie I just sent you a message with my info. This is perfect timing for me because I'm looking to add weight/strength training to my fitness routine :)

The reason I'm doing this is because I've made some recent discoveries in my bodybuilding training resulting in good progress within the past year. It's all about the training folks, as long as the diet provides the required nutrients. You can't eat your way to muscles!

Damn, I wish i wasn't constantly on the move for the next year :(.

Charlie, what manner of gym equip would you be looking for?

Would a power rack, smith machine, DB's be sufficient?

And in a pinch, would just DB's work?

Also, other than being vegan, how is diet structured, if at all?

And can you give an outline of the basic workout pattern?  Are any supplemental exercises (cardio/bodyweight/hiking/running, etc) "allowed" or is it weight exclusively.
