Quite the contrary really. Natural mutations are generally headed and totally precise.
Dough Grahams greatest contribution is that he popularized the idea that modern day humans can take the bulk of their calories from fruits, and this kind fruit/leafs diet would be very healthy. For that he deserves to be famous.
However, his credibility indeed suffers from the fad paleo-esque reasoning in regards to starches, f.e. I am referring to the "grains have phytates"-talk, which is just utter rubbish, well they do have phytates, but another story is whether this is something that would make us believe we should not be eating them.
Sure, I'll give you that, atleast partly. My digestion doesn't have any problems with many of the starches. My point was that Dough should've just stick to embracing the fruit.
Brilliant. Loved the China-clips.
Very nice. Hopefully this hits big!
Durianrider, did you check videos 62-65 on China? Epic!
Not to mean to spam, but hell. This stuff is just brilliant. Just watched the inuit threads, 27 & 28. This stuff is priceless for everyone considering going for the caveman fad diets.
This is great just shared it on my facebook wall.
My god this is a monster. Lovin it!
Husband watched the first video and refuses to watch more :( soo stubern
I knew a lady on the Paleo diet, she had recovered twice from Cancer (can't remember what kind) and she felt that this diet was her answer to eternal health. She had a very dry scalp that literally sprinkled her office black chair white (it was gross), she had vision problems (legally blind), and was extremely hair-brained, often forgetting things I'd just told her.
These videos are amazing!
