30 Bananas a Day!

Hi everyone!! I became vegan a while ago for mainly ethical reasons yet I do continue to struggle with my weight and health. For the past 2-3 years, I've continuously been developing a binge eating disorder, where now I eat HUGE amounts of food in a really short period of time without any hunger, just because I want to. So anywayy I was wondering, if anyone maybe has had an experience with binge eating disorder and transitioning to a HCLF vegan diet? :D

I never thought to much about it at the time but I was probably a binge eater...ok I would eat entire large pizzas but to answer your question, binge eating disorder is the best eating disorder you can have starting this lifestyle.  You will know simply binge out on fruit and vegetables.  And now to get serious if you were binging because you were trying to under eat it may take time for you to get favorable results, but they will come and actually last this time because this lifestyle is sustainable. 

Yeah I agree with TheVeganNerd. This lifestyle would be great for someone who's coming from binge eating disorder. Now instead of binging on foods that do nothing but bring you down, you will now be nourishing your body with great foods for you. Hopefully after you will then get over your binge eating by swapping that activity with something more productive like biking, running, or something creative. Stay positive  and hope this helps. ^^
