I agree with Matthias. Furthermore, I work at an arthritis clinic. Although it is not with every patient, the doctors I work for suggest a vegan diet to their patients. Most don't listen, but there is a large body of to suggest nothing but good could come from eating fresh fruits and vegetables. Jump in. Try for yourself. Give it time and, as long as you eat plenty of calories and give yourself some time, you'll find some benefits that wil keep you going.
