Ok, so today was my first day of raw till 4... It went well, except for one thing. I need more calories!! (fruit) So my day consisted of this:
3/4 liter of water when I woke up
Breakfast: 2 banana 7 date smoothie (with water) and coconut sugar (675 cals) course right off the bat i notice i need more bananas, but that is all that would fit in my blender, and i wanted 2 for lunch...
Lunch: 1 kiwi, 2 bananas, and about a cup and a half of half frozen tropical fruit (approx. 330 cals)
I know I know, i need to eat more.... we don't have enough fruit in this house (i live with my non-vegan family).
After school: 3 large carrots and a little bit of hummus (127 cals)
then dinner: brown rice pasta with no fat/salt tomato sauce and a sweet potato (766 cals)
and throughout the day i had around 2 more liters of water, and did 105 min of exercise.
any advice for my parents to buy more fruit? and any other suggestions?
