I have been using an "natural/organic" deodorant (#1 listed below) for several years now. The one I have been using is not as powerful as the conventional deodorant I used to use, but works very well for me as long as I eat clean (80+ HCRV / 20- HCCV).
It seemed like a good idea to me to stop using conventional deodorants because it is known that conventional underarm deodorants and antiperspirants generally contain harsh chemicals that are partially absorbed by the skin, which can be detrimental to health.
I was at the health food store today. I went there to get some more deodorant. Before I purchased anything, I stopped to look at the ingredients listed on two of the mens deodorants they offered that are both marketed as being natural/organic deodorants. About half of the ingredients listed on both products I know of and consider them to be natural and harmless, the other half are unknown to me. I am interested to know what the consensus is here on 30bad on both products. Can they indeed be considered as toxic free deodorants or are their claims bogus?
Also if any one has a better alternative to these production please share. Not wearing deodorant is not an option for me as I work in a corporate environment and find it important not to smell.

Yep the stone also comes in spray and the environmental working group says it has nothing toxic to the body and it works great in the 5 fingers shoes, no more smelly after a long day wearing them! :)
Going on a 10 day Vipassana course by any chance? :D
last i bought was alba botanica clear enzyme deodorant stick: tea tree with baking soda and lichen. I like the idea of lemons. What about limes? Someone try and report? LOL
Yeah it's called the 80/10/10 lifestyle! If you eat raw fruit and veggies why would you need deodorant?
True dat! :D
plain baking soda works great
