Just curious, if people are in the "pickle" of having no ripe organic fruit, and not finding any at stores, do you go for the ripe conventional fruit? Or do you eat cooked sweet potatoes or things like that until your fruit ripens? I try not to come into this dilemma anymore, but im still getting the hang of things. My very green banana box still hasnt ripened, and there were literally 0 organic bananas at the store i went to after work. I bought more frozen mangos, but its a pain.
What would you do in this situation, or what have you done. Do you go for conventionally grown fruit, frozen, or cooked potatoes or something along those lines?
