Considering you look fabulous, I think your word is worth listening to :) This might seem like a really basic question, but I'm assuming you consider avocados to be an overt (how about coconut?) and do you completely cut out nuts and seeds?
I'd love to try it but I keep wondering if too little fat will lead to things like my period stopping, etc.

I don't eat avacados, cocunuts, nuts or seeds, but I eat a TON of fruits and veggies. I had 5,500 calories today! :)
I've been getting my period still, and nothing bad at all has happened with my health, I've only gotten healthier/more fit! So no worries :), but everyone is different.
