Been eating 811 for a week now.. I love the energy buzz from all the bananas but when I go to sleep I find it hard to get into a deep sleep because my body feels so carbed and sugared up. I have a sleep cycle app that shows my sleep and wake cycles in the middle of the night and I have not been anywhere close to the level of deep sleep I use to get. I feel like my body may be going through a detox but still I just generally feel smacked up on energy and sugar I find I don't get as much rest in my sleep and my sleep cycle app shows that. Anyone else experienced this?
