Ok i need my greens but i just cant eat them as a salad. They taste to bad so i have to make a smoothie out of them.
My green intake should be minimum 200g spinach and 100g lettuce a day.
So can i make all this in one smoothie or do i need 2 smoothies?
And also the important thing, i need to make it taste good so i have to use some fruit in the smoothie so it tastes good.
Can anyone please give me some great smoothie recipes wich include alot of greens but some fruits to make them taste great?

What kind of blender are you using? That makes a big difference for me. When I used a regular, cheap blender I didn't like green smoothies, but now w/my Vitamix I like them. It can blend the greens up much finer. Maybe you already know this. It also did take me awhile to get used to the taste, so I started with 1 lettuce leaf and gradually increased.
Also if you can find mache, try that--it's the only green I like to just eat plain right now. It has a really nice flavor.
I also add greens to fruit soups--like 2 Hawaiian papayas, 2 oranges, and a couple handfuls of spinach or mache.
