So I'm having a hard time sticking to this diet when I'm at work.
I work full time in an unhealthy pub/restaurant where a lot of the meals are microwaved or deep fried. The only vegan or vegetarian meals they serve are packed full of bad ingredients. Even the vegetables are microwaved in small packs so they don't taste too great.
Next problem. I can't stomach cramming 6+ bananas in one break and then get back to work. The hours I work are normally busy so I am constantly running around.
Can anybody recommend me some recipes or foods that would be better suited for me at work?
Is it okay to have snacks throughout the day instead of big meals?
Will this lifestyle work for me with my current job?
Any advice would be very much appreciated!
