I can get away with ginger root cheyenne pepper or turmeric powder for anti inflamtory stuff if i take it in a nice dose. But sometimes I simply have to turn to advil. I'm not sure what is really appropriate for this lifestyle. I've also done willow bark etc..
for cuts and scratches coconut oil is great for anti bacterial.
Tea tree oil is antimicrobial, antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic. And the smell wakes me up like peppermint does.
It depends on what the Advil is for. If it's for headache look at your environmental factors. Are you stressed take the time to destress. Bad posture stretch and analyze your posture. I know for me if I can a short power nap. Because I am relaxing my eyes, neck and mind.
If it's somewhere else a cool or hot compress or message sometimes stretching. If a tooth hurts clove oil or a whole processor clove held against the tooth. (Not sure if it is a NoNo, but it would be more a medicine then a food at that point)
